Deep Cleaning Dusting Floors swept/vacuumed & mopped Bathrooms cleaned & disinfected Kitchen cleaned & disinfected Basic Organization in open areas (i.e. living area) Based boards/fans/ windows cleaned in reachable areas Other specific areas upon request Online Booking & Transaction fees included

Move Out Clean: Under 2500 Sqft

Under 2500 sqft Move Outs: Max 8 hours for 1 day. If project is unable to complete in paid hours, BMM can coordinate hourly OR flat rate to complete project next available space. Deposit is non-refundable unless canceled by BMM: reschedule or apply deposit to future cleaning allowed.

Move Out Clean: Over 2500 Sqft

Move out/in cleans over 2500 sqft Max 8 hours for 1 day. If project is unable to complete in paid hours, BMM can coordinate hourly OR flat rate to complete project next available space. Deposit is non-refundable unless canceled by BMM: reschedule, gift or apply deposit to other cleaning aloud.
